B2AI Communication Expert | Knowledge Engineer

Semantic XEO™ for AI visibility | AI workflows and agents

We turn how your business runs into a private Business Brain that AI can work from.

From that secure foundation, AI agents and automated workflows run inside your office, and AI platforms naturally select and recommend you outside it.

01

Protect what you know.

Your expertise becomes a private, structured knowledge base.

02

Run the office on it.

AI agents and intelligent workflows operate from that same knowledge.

03

Be the recommendation.

AI platforms locate, interpret, and name your business.

B2AI Communication (Business-to-AI) is the discipline underneath these three steps. Where B2C addresses consumers and B2B addresses other companies, B2AI addresses the AI systems that now stand between a business and its customers. In practice it means organizing what a company knows so that AI can read it, act on it, and recommend it, both within the organization and in the wider market.

Overview

As a B2AI Communication expert and knowledge engineer, my work is turning what a company knows into something AI can act on. Every service business carries an enormous amount of unwritten knowledge: how it operates, what it sells, who it serves, and the exceptions and judgment calls that only its most experienced people understand. I capture that knowledge and organize it into one structured, secure knowledge base, the Business Brain. That foundation then serves two jobs at once. Internally, it powers the AI agents and automated workflows the team relies on, so the technology follows the same rules the people do. Externally, it shapes how AI systems describe and recommend the company to the customers who ask them for a referral. My training is in agentic AI at Johns Hopkins and AI product development at MIT, paired with an Executive MBA and nineteen years running a multi-location service organization as its founder and chief executive. I developed the approach in healthcare. It is designed for any business whose customers make a trust decision before they call.

Services

  • Knowledge capture and architecture. Structured interviews, process mapping, and documentation that convert procedures, policies, pricing exceptions, and service definitions into a single machine-readable knowledge base shared by every AI tool and every employee.
  • Internal agents and automation. Purpose-built AI agents and workflows integrated with the systems a client already runs (telephony, scheduling, CRM, practice or case management, email): front-desk and intake, follow-up journeys, onboarding and training, revenue-cycle support. Assembled and integrated by hand rather than resold from a platform, with HIPAA-aligned governance and an AI security review built in.
  • AI visibility through Semantic XEO™. A proprietary method for making a business legible to AI engines: entity and schema work, structured evidence of authority, consistency across every surface AI reads, and quarterly measurement of what those engines actually say and recommend.
  • Fractional AI Transformation Officer. For groups and multi-site organizations, a single accountable executive who owns the full rollout: strategy tied to revenue and margin, vendor consolidation, change management, and staff adoption.

Founder and CEO

Intelligent Care Alliance

Florida

AI strategy and knowledge engineering for customer-facing service companies, beginning with healthcare and professional services.

  • Protect what you know. Builds private Business Brains: gathers the operating knowledge held by owners and senior staff, structures it into one secure knowledge base, and establishes governance and HIPAA-aligned safeguards around it.
  • Run the office on it. Designs and deploys AI agents and workflow automation on clients' existing systems, covering intake and front-office communication, follow-up, onboarding, and revenue-cycle support, all drawing on the same knowledge the team uses.
  • Be the recommendation. Engineers AI visibility with Semantic XEO™ so that leading AI assistants identify, describe, and recommend the business accurately, tracked against a baseline at 30, 60, and 90 days.
  • Own the rollout. Acts as Fractional AI Transformation Officer for groups and multi-site organizations: strategy tied to revenue and margin, vendor consolidation, change management, team adoption.
  • Industry voice. Recognized thought leader on AI for service organizations: author of The AI Advantage, contributor of numerous articles and industry reports, co-host of the Intelligent Conversations podcast, and speaker at national healthcare and business operations conferences.
